I want to see Miami win just because the Cal coach was to stubborn to pull an ineffective qb, I am sorry Ted but Cal deserves to lose & the Cal coach is 100% to blame. I think you may have misunderstood. In the Bay Area, college football is not high on the communities radar screen unless the Rose Bowl becomes a possibility. The Emerald Bowl just doesn't bring great interest here. Even the Cal players wanted to go to the Vegas Bowl. They did just enough to win tonight but the game got modest attention leading up to the game.

I see what you are saying ted,I misunderstood your comment.I am just frustrated with tedford but I really dont know if riley would have made any difference.You make some great points.

It really was a poor decision on my part to lay 8.5 ponts on a bowl game like the emerald.
