If I've learned one thing over the last ten years on this board it's this. When the vast majority loves a side, it a loses. W. VA for me!

Interesting strategy. What's your sample size? :think2:

Do you choose 5 to 10 of the more respected or well recognized handicappers here at the Rx and see what side the majority of them are on? :think2:

TCU -13 now.......here fishy fishy

If you have done any research for the current game, and not focus on past results, you'll see quotes from senior captains calling this game "their season". WVU will be ready tonight.

These thursday night games with heavy fav's are always sketchy.

I can see TCU definitely sleep walking through this game with their eyes looking ahead to OKST next weekend but they are also coming off a bye which I expect them to be fully prepared and fired up for this game.

Soooooooo, it appears that about 90% of the individuals that have responded to this thread are in favor of TCU, and aren't even giving the 'neers a shot to keep it close...

Perfect? :think2: Perhaps. Go for West Virginia. Price is now +13 for you.

I just don't see anything special about this year's Mountaineer squad that tells me they'll be able to keep up with TCU on the road.
Good luck! :toast:

I'm on TCU, they have a couple nice situational angles working for them tonight.

Also, they along with Baylor were left out last year. Its one reason Baylor has crushed teams this year. Style points matter.

TCU can obviously score, playing at home where they can really put up the points. WVU hung with Baylor for awhile before that game got away in the 2nd half, wouldn't surprise me if the same thing happens. Losing any starter in the secondary can't be a good thing.

Line down to -13. TCU puts up a lot of points here, and I don't think WV can match them, at least not enough to cover 2 TDs. TCU 45-24.

The committee puts out their first top 4 this week. I would think tcu will want to make a statement. Just not sure how much of a statement they can make with that defense.

Holgorsen 1-9 with 10+ days off. Now 1-10.

The only win he's had in the past 5 years with 10+ days rest was beating a pathetic Maryland team last month.

And Holgersen on his way out the door...
I hear his reps have inquired about the Miami and Maryland jobs. Nothing official though. I did like the high-five he gave QB Boykin on that crazy scramble in the 3rd quarter. He looks like he's got one foot out the door.
