I guess we're also lucky that we don't have to play the mighty Stanford @ home as 40 pt favorites either or that brutal PAC-10 schedule for that matter. I use to respect your opinions, but when your never willing to give another team credit and assert titles that DON'T belong to your team, you lose all credibility. USC has a soft conference (and yes I am willing to admit that the SEC had a down year, so no need to mention an anomaly of a year), locks down the best talent in one of the top 3 recruiting states (we have to battle with FSU, Miami, and other neighboring schools), yet still can't manage to nut up when it counts. Sorry, Conan, but your almighty Trojans have no (ZERO) excuses for losing as a 40 pt favorite at home, and since you basically claim them as the 33rd NFL team, should never lose to any of the CRAP-10 teams. Your pompous attitude certainly does not mirror USC's success. Wow, you win a lot of the Rose Bowls. Go figure, a BCS game as a HOME GAME.
I am willing to admit that USC is an excellent team; unfortunately, due to your constant bashing of UF, I had to go ahead and make the same argument. I would love for these teams to go home-and-home or even meet on a neutral site in the middle to have it settled on the field. Until this occurs, UF is the Nat'l Champs, not USC! Any time you want to schedule a home home OOC pair of games I'm more than certain USC will be glad to take you on. Why do you just sit around Florida every year and go nowhere? Afraid of something? Your excuses are BS because every major school can back down for any reason they want but only Florida refuses to go anywhere. How can yoiu clain to be the best if you won't take on all comers? That's very "unchampionlike". Only in CFB and expecially if you are in the south can you get away with it by telling everyone how "hard" it is playing iin the SEC. I'm in tears for your poor asses sakes. That's just one more way of justifying proof of nothing. Until you take on all comers, you are not a real champ. That goes in EVERY sport... sport. And that's the reason why USC comes up in every discussion about who's the best.


Let me know when that Stanford loss 2 years ago has faded from your arsenal of 1/2-ass reasons to degrade USC. Then maybe there can be a real discussion a little closer to the present which would be a little more relevant.

Hopefully he stays healthy. Missouri's Safety William Moore would have probably been drafted 15-25 had he come out last year, but after playing injured almost the entire season most experts now have him going in the 3rd or 4th round unless he really performs well at the combine.
