My water in Heredia has always come out a white color before settling and turning clear... Was more so in Centro, now that I'm in San Francisco it's noticeable, but that hasn't stopped me from only drinking bottled water for the last 4 years.

I noticed that about the water in Santa Ana 6 years ago when i moved here, it comes out white atfirst and then goes clear. I've heard about the chlorine and all that too but it sort of freaks me out to drink it. Then again i put ice in everything and that's straight from the tap so who knows.
