Delhommo is more risky than Garcia. Garcia will dink and dunk you to death and on average won't turn the ball over as much. He might not kill you with 300 passing, but he is also less likely to throw 3 or 4 picks.

That is why Tampa lost their only games by 3, 4, 4. Taking Tampa +10 points is good logic whether it wins or not.
