so kansas is a dd fav going into their bowl. on paper maybe but minny is a perfect 5-0 ats on the road. if you couldnt tell already i'm not particularly fond of the big 12 in these bowl games and will be adding a few more against plays coming up.

minnesota +10 and ml +330

i never get these big ml's but if i'm on the dog i'm getting some of the ml in case kansas decides not to show up.

fresno st vs colorado st.

something really stinks with this. usually its fresno playing and winning in the dog role against a second tier team from a bcs conference. not so this year as they draw the rams and while on paper this says no contest the shitty bowl they drew;the short spread(-2') and the fact they are 1-9 as favs has me on rams solely based on situations.

colorado st +2'

WVU makes a living out of smashing teams that haven't seen their offense before in bowls...see oklahoma, ga tech, uga, et all...the only team of late to slow WVU down in their bowl game was Maryland...a team WVU plays almost annually and a bowl game that was a rematch from the year before.

looking closely at poinsetta bowl i'm really liking tcu -2'. great defense that should be able to contain boise offense. i'm sure boise was expecting a better bowl as they proved themselves in the bcs (although were very lucky) against oklahoma. too bad for them utah finished higher. they dont get it easy either. tcu is a team who relies on that great defense and can shut down boise offense. believe it or not boise might not want to be here.

tcu -2' over boise st.

No where near the same WVU team as in bowls' past. We were running a stout ground game with Slaton & Schmitt, and despite Stewart coaching against Oklahoma, all those teams were running wild with the Rodriguez schemes. Those were the WVU teams that averaged over 35 points a game. This year, we have the OC from Wake and he's trying to instill that style of running game into our program. We can no longer score like we used to and we don't have the athletes for these particular schemes.
