I don't think Party will allow you to set up a NL private table. It's limit only.
BTW, I'm not sure how much NL you play but if a NL 1/2 is set up..that game will no longer be friendly given the rate at which guys will bust out and the amount you need to sit at the table.
I'm up for anything but the idea here is to have a friendly game. With that said, I would think that some of the guys here have enough of a bankroll that we could get a friendly but competitive 5/10 going.
