You see, I knew this was going to happen. People were starting to ask me when I was actually going to start betting on my plays because I hadn't been betting them so far. So this week I bet small wagers on every one of my plays and I jinxed it. I have lost every game that went off so far.

I am just seeing this now and I am sorry about it but Oregon State is not supposed to be a play today because Arizona switched their starting QB and I just saw it now. My system chose Oregon State on the basis of Scott playing QB for ARZ but they switched and went with this sophmore kid I know nothing about and didn't know was going to play. Sorry everyone but finding this out now I don't know if Oregon State would have been a play or not so I cannot count that.

Iowa actually covered easily and won the game to give me a victory in my final play of the day.

Last week you forget to post a pick in the thread where you post all your other picks and you decide to count it anyway (because it won?). Now because you weren't aware of an opponent starting a different QB the trend that game applied to doesn't count (because it lost?)?
I say go ahead and give yourself an undefeated record of 27-0 because it apparently doesn't matter what games you list or where you list them ...

You count whatever you want to count. I am doing this to just track the system for myself to see if it can work or not. The purpose for me is to track it and see how it ends up at the end of the year. I decided to post it here in the forum so others can watch it if they wanted to. At no time did I ever tell anyone that they should follow these picks and never did I guarantee anything to anyone. This is for me.
I proved last week that UNC was a documented play. Oregon State would not have been a play according to my system with a different QB playing for Arizona. So at the end of the year I want to have an accurate record of what this system is capable of.
I am not posting it in here so people will follow me or to brag about my record or to make myself seem important. I am tracking it for myself and just so happen to be posting it in here so other people can watch it if they so choose. You don't like how I am excluding or including certain games? They feel feel to stop coming in to my thread. No one is forcing you to read my post. Would you rather I just stop posting it in here at all since I am apparently bothering you?
There's something specious in your claim, especially given you titled it the way you did. If you wanted to do was "track" your system you surely wouldn't need much more than a piece of paper and a pencil--why bother with posting to a bulletin board at all if you're only interest is to track your performance "for you?" And why label your thread "6-3 last week" if you're genuinely not trying to "brag about [your] record?"
I followed last week for fun but wish I hadn't and it's not because I lost money on your plays but because you're disingenuous and a bit of a fake.

Bit of a fake? Well I must say that is something I have never been accused of before.
I post what my record was the week before so people that might happen to be watching my system can see last weeks record without having to go inside the thread to find out. Call it a courtesy so people can avoid a couple extra clicks on their mouse. If I were posting my record in the title to brag then surely I would want to avoid putting last weeks record on there if it were a losing record, right? Well go and look at my post for next week which is up already and you can clearly see that I posted last weeks record on there for all to see even though the system sucked last week and the record was horrible. If I were trying to brag wouldn't I just leave off a losing record since it looks bad?
This is solely for me, as much as you might not think so, and I am not here to brag about anything. If I were here to brag then why wasn't I on here after the first three weeks telling everyone how great I did? The system did quite well through the first three weeks but I never boasted or bragged about it, did I? Never once have I been cocky or arrogant when it came to talking about this system. I have been honest about everything since the beginning of the season telling people what I was doing, how I wasn't sure this system would work and to follow these plays at their own risk. Then you have the nerve to tell me I am a bit of a fake?
