Unfortunately, the history of U.S. elections is often a story of both legitimate and illegitimate election denialism.
The 1800, 1824, 1876, and 1960 elections were all understandably questioned. In some of these cases, a partisan House of Representatives decided the winner.
After 2016, crackpot Democratic orthodoxy for years insisted that Trump had "colluded" with Russia to "steal" certain victory from Hillary Clinton.
Clinton herself claimed that Trump was not a "legitimate" president. No wonder she loudly joined #TheResistance to obstruct his presidency.
The serial denialist Clinton later urged Joe Biden not to concede the 2020 election if he lost.
Clinton herself had hired foreign national Christopher Steele to concoct a dossier of untruths to smear her 2016 campaign opponent, Trump. The FBI took up Clinton's failed efforts. It likewise paid in vain her ancillaries like Christopher Steele to "verify" the dossier's lies. The bureau further misled a FISA court about the dossier's authenticity. An FBI lawyer even altered a document, as part of a government effort to disrupt a presidential transition and presidency.
The Clinton-FBI Russian-collusion hoax was a small part of the progressive effort to warp the 2016 election result.
The Washington Post giddily bragged about various groups formed to impeach Trump in his first days in office, on the pretext he was illegitimately elected.

"When you're 40, or 45 years old, starting over ain't the easiest thing to do. You spent all your time building your skill set and then all of a sudden you're making a minimum wage. It can change your life," he noted.

"The idea that young people have to be 16 to drive, 18 to vote, and 21 to drink, and yet can undergo life-altering medical procedures in middle school defies common sense, and the American people see that clearly," said Mark Meckler, president of the Convention of States.
The overwhelming majority of Republican and independent voters oppose gender change treatments for minors, while Democrats were divided. 96.8% of Republican voters, 84.6% of independent voters, and 53.2% of Democrats said that minors should wait until they are adults to pursue medical transition.

On Thursday, the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices voted to recommend COVID-19 to be included in the 2023 childhood immunization schedule in 15 unanimous votes.
ACIP recommends the use of COVID-19 vaccines for everyone ages 6 months and older. COVID-19 vaccine and other vaccines may be administered on the same day.
DeSantis said as long as he is governor, the Covid-19 vaccine will not be mandated for school children in Florida.
"As long as I am Governor, in Florida there will not be a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for children in our schools," DeSantis said.
He continued, "That is your decision to make as a parent. These are new shots. I get a kick out of it when people compare to MMR – things that have been around for decades and decades."

5- Elections matter. We had some Swamp draining under Trump but it is still too full of murky, lying, cheating bureaucrats.

Rampant COVID-19 fraud points to a bigger problem with government spending
QUOTE: According to the US Department of Labor's Office of the Inspector General (OIG), about $46 billion in pandemic unemployment benefits might have been paid to fraudsters.
Initially, the OIG estimated that only $5 billion of unemployment payments were lost to fraud. But in June 2021, that number was revised up to $17 billion. But apparently, things were worse than that, so nearly $50 billion was likely paid to fraudsters.
And in another recently released report, which was focused on four states — California, Georgia, Kentucky, and Michigan — the OIG found that of the total $71.7 billion in pandemic unemployment benefits paid in those four states, an estimated $30.4 billion or 42.4 percent, were improperly paid. And, 9.9 billion, which is more than 10 percent, was likely paid to fraudsters.
This type of Fraud has, unfortunately, not been exclusive to unemployment payments. The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) also made billions of dollars in payments to likely fraudsters. And even here in our home state of Minnesota, nearly $250 million has been stolen through Feeding our Future — a low-income food program — during the pandemic.

Front Page Magazine quickly followed up with pointed inquiries to the leftist crowdfunding site that the ecoterrorists were using and its partners, including Santander Bank, and got results.
Just Stop Oil soon complained that, "Our Crowdfunder has been TAKEN DOWN after peacefully resisting this Government's genocidal plans." The leftists announced they had switched to Stripe which processes payments through Visa/MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Front Page has also reached out to Stripe and to its CEO about funding illegal activity.
But even more revealingly, Just Stop Oil told Americans, "You can make a tax deductible donation to Just Stop Oil's recruitment, training and educational programs through the Climate Emergency Fund." Backed by, among others, a Getty Oil heiress and leftist director Adam McKay, the Fund operates as a 501(c)(3) despite its support for ecoterrorism.
That's a problem because 501(c)(3) nonprofits are not allowed to fund illegal activity.
"Internal Radical Service" by David Horowitz and John Perazzo documents many of the radical leftist terror campaigns and abuses that the IRS has allowed to proliferate even as it cracks down on conservatives. Domestic terrorism is not a charity. If shutting down the operations of Congress is an insurrection, then how can its funders possibly operate as a nonprofit?
Until members of Congress begin asking those hard questions, the double standard will go on.
Ecoterrorists, like other vandals and criminals, belong in prison. The organizations that fund their crimes should face criminal charges. Instead, the IRS has allowed them to retain their nonprofit status so that taxpayers are subsidizing the Left's war against America.

7- It seems we get a scary FBI story once a week. This agency needs to be defunded, shuttered and rebuilt.

Award-winning ABC journo investigating Biden VANISHES after FBI raid
QUOTE: Award-winning ABC News journalist James Gordon Meek, who was writing a book on President Biden's withdrawal from Afghanistan, simply disappeared after the FBI raided his home, reportedly seizing classified documents.
The FBI raid on his apartment in April involved at least 10 "heavily armed" agents, occupying a number of unmarked vehicles, including an armored tactical vehicle that an eyewitness claimed could have easily been mistaken for a tank. The whole operation was estimated to have taken approximately 10 minutes.
Following the raid, the FBI said it was conducting "court-authorized law-enforcement activity" in the area.
The national security investigative producer hasn't been seen for months since then and his apartment appears vacant according to neighbors.
Meek made his last post on social media just before 5 a.m. on April 27. He quoted a tweet concerning US intelligence gathering on Russian military operations, adding the comment, "FACTS."
That tweet was in response to Marc Polymeropoulos, who is a former CIA agent. He had tweeted that the Ukrainian military was holding its own against Russian forces with the help of the US. Polymeropoulos was ostensibly responding to a tweet from Washington Post Pentagon reporter Dan Lamothe, who reported that the US was gathering a "bonanza of information" concerning the Russian military by observing the invasion.
Since that day, Meek has vanished, according to Rolling Stone. Within days following the post, heavily armed federal agents raided Meek's Arlington, Virginia, penthouse apartment. Agents claim they found classified information on his computer during the raid, according to a report, which also quoted "sources familiar with the matter."
Meek's attorney, Eugene Gorokhov, has steadfastly denied allegations that Meek was in possession of classified material.

Dear Patriots,
As we have been so blatantly reminded this past week, Election Fraud is a massive problem in our country. Although many people have worked on this problem and suffered major consequences from speaking out, there have been NO efforts by Republican leadership to secure the integrity of our elections.
There ARE solutions but our elected representatives in Washington have not had the courage and strength of character to employ them.
The Democrats can not win elections without extensive ballot fraud. Their rampant fraud was known and exposed following the 2020 election. Uncorrected, they blatantly repeated their tactics last week.
Here is some news and analysis to think about as we move forward..

1- There is anecdotal evidence all over the place.

Maricopa County Election Judge Believes the Machines Were Programmed to Reject Ballots on Election Day
QUOTE: Michele Swinick was an election judge in Maricopa County on election day last week. Following the election Michele stepped forward to discuss what she experienced in Maricopa County on Election Day.
Michele worked at a center in a heavily Republican district. According to Michele, the tabulators worked perfectly well the night before the election. Then on Election Day they quit working. Only 1 in 10 ballots were accepted through the tabulators. The officials were told to put the defective ballots into a different section called "Door 3."
Michele believes this was all planned. The election officials knew that republicans were going to come out in force on election day as they did in the primary. This was a planned operation.
Election judge Michele Swinick has come forward to report what she experienced in Maricopa County on Election Day. She worked Election Day as a judge at the Islamic Voting Center in Scottsdale, AZ. She reports that the center is heavily Republican, with "no party" designated voters as the second most populous demographic, followed by very few democrat voters, evidenced by the fact that she checked in very few of them on Election Day. She reports she spent the entire day checking in voters.
Swinick says that the tabulators all worked "perfectly" during the test the night before the election. The problem with scanning began immediately with the first ballots. Voters scanned their ballots between 4 and 12 times with very minimal success. Poll workers estimated about 1 in 10 ballots were being read for the first three hours of voting.

2- It defies logic how many odd unexplained little breakdowns happen on Election Day.

Nevada County Confirms Livestream Video Of Vote-Count Areas Went Dark For 8 Hours, Responds To Criticism
QUOTE: County officials in Nevada over the weekend confirmed that cameras live-streaming vote-counting areas on Wednesday night and Thursday morning went dark for a total of eight hours.
"We know that our election livestream cameras went dark overnight. We investigated what happened and how to prevent it happening again," Washoe County's Twitter account posted Thursday afternoon.
Unsurprisingly, the tweet went viral, racking up thousands of reactions, which included questions concerning election integrity.
"The livestream computer application lost connection with the courtesy cameras at 11:24 p.m. the evening of November 9," the county said on its website. "All staff had left for the night about 60 minutes earlier and did not arrive back at the office until 7 a.m. Connection was restored at 7:53 a.m. the morning of November 10."
Questions over election integrity from both sides of the political aisle have dominated news cycles in recent years. One main issue is certainly the influx of vote-by-mail initiatives that lead to vote-counts lingering for days or even weeks after Election Day.

Critically Thinking about the REAL Red Wave
QUOTE: Based on the unexpected 2022 US election results, there are numerous purported explanations floating about. These range from blaming Trump, GOP leadership, voting machines, other election fraud, etc., etc. All of those things likely have some bearing, but what about the elephant in the room? IMO there is a reality that is rarely discussed, that easily explains the results. It's critically important to be clear about causality, as no meaningful fix can be made without that being accurately determined.
Annually there are about four million new US college graduates. Of these roughly 75% (3± million) have been educated to be left-leaning. What that means is that every year, the Dems add a net 2± million supporters! In other words, just since the 2020 elections, there are some 4± million net new Dems, just from the academic pipeline!
Why is this happening? If we look at our academic system (K-12 and higher education) here are four major areas where students (our present and future adult citizens) are purposefully being mis-educated.
However, other than a few good efforts (e.g., by Turning Point USA), the US education system (and curriculum) has almost been abandoned to the Left. This is an extraordinary error that will have profoundly negative consequences to the entire country, for all of the foreseeable future...
When will Conservatives wake up to this reality — and aggressively work to fix it?

1- Forty-two (42) does not seem like enough.

42 Biden Admin Officials Put on Notice by House Republicans
QUOTE: At least 42 Biden administration officials were sent letters by Republicans on House Judiciary Committee this month as they request testimony from a variety of different White House officials.
Those letters primarily dealt with the suspected politicization of the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ), investigations into U.S. border security, and Hunter Biden.
A recent letter led by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) to White House chief of staff Ron Klain requested testimony from Biden administration staffers relating to alleged "misuse of federal criminal and counterterrorism resources to target concerned parents at school board meetings." Interviews from four White House officials were requested.
Around the same time, another letter from Jordan was sent to the Department of Education requesting testimony from three officials, and another letter to the Department of Homeland Security requests interviews from around a dozen administration officials. That includes embattled Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement chief Tae Johnson.
Even more DOJ and FBI officials were asked to testify during the next Congress, according to two separate letters sent by Jordan and others last week. They are seeking testimony from Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, Garland deputy Lisa Monaco, and dozens of other DOJ and FBI officials, according to a Washington Examiner analysis of the GOP-backed letters.
It's likely that Republicans will seek to investigate how the FBI and DOJ handled its investigations into former President Donald Trump and the raid targeting Mar-a-Lago in August. Republicans and Trump have long said the two agencies have exhibited a politically motivated animus toward the former president, coming after Garland announced he had appointed a special counsel, Jack Smith, to investigate him.

2- We expect to see many more wrongful death lawsuits in the coming years.

First Remdesivir Wrongful Death Lawsuit In Nevada
QUOTE: Reno Attorney Joey Gilbert and Las Vegas Attorney Sigal Chattah have filed the first Remdesivir wrongful death lawsuit (see below) in Nevada on behalf of the heir of a man who allegedly died from Remdesivir treatment for his COVID-19 diagnosis. The Sparks Family Hospital, Northern Nevada Medical center, doctors and individuals are named in the complaint. The plaintiff, in part, alleges the following:
• Patient (now deceased) was prescribed Ivermectin and HCQ. Hospital staff were instructed that under no circumstances was patient to be administered Remdesivir (Veklury) for treatment of his symptoms.
• Staff said that they would comply with patient's requests but that he could not be given the HCQ or Ivermectin because it was against hospital protocols.
• Doctor ordered Remdesivir despite objections.
• Patient was given Remdesivir and died of renal and respiratory failure a week later.
• Remdesivir is a dangerous, experimental drug
• It is medically unethical, and a violation of Nevada laws, to administer an unnecessary medical treatment.
• It is medically unethical, and a violation of Nevada laws, to administer a medical treatment without informed consent.
In October, attorneys representing 14 families have sued three California hospitals alleging wrongful death in the use of Remdesivir.
In granting the emergency use authorization for the drug on May 1, 2020, the FDA said: "While there is limited information known about the safety and effectiveness of using remdesivir to treat people in the hospital with COVID-19, the investigational drug was shown in a clinical trial to shorten the time to recovery in some patients."
Chattah told The Globe: "People surrendered their wellbeing to medical professionals, placing their health in their hands. These professionals either knew what the Gilead Sciences studies yielded and ignored it- or they knew what the studies showed and acted deliberately. Either way, thousands of Nevadans died because of medical professionals reckless disregard for human life."

3- We have been mislead and lied to for two years on ever single major story. The onion is being peeled on the events of January 6. It is happening way too slowly for the political prisoners still caught in this web.

QUOTE: The American people should prepare for more stunning revelations about the FBI's key role in the events of January 6.
Amid bombshell revelations that the FBI embedded numerous informants in two militia groups accused of plotting to overthrow the government on January 6, FBI Director Christopher Wray finally is facing some heat.
During a House Homeland Security Committee hearing on November 15, Representative Clay Higgins (R-La.) angrily demanded to know more details about the use of FBI informants related to the Capitol protest. Higgins twice asked Wray whether FBI informants disguised as Trump supporters were planted inside the building even before protesters gained entry.
When Wray offered his usual obfuscating tap dance about protecting sources and methods—"the suggestion that the FBI's confidential human sources or FBI employees in some way instigated or orchestrated January 6th, that's categorically false," he indignantly insisted—Higgins called his bluff. "It should be a no!" he yelled when Wray wouldn't give a straight answer.
Ironically, Wray was saved from directly responding by none other than Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-La.), the chairman of the January 6 select committee. One would assume the lawmaker in charge of the 18-month congressional investigation into the events of January 6 would force Wray to respond. Thompson should have been shocked at the suggestion the FBI stationed assets dressed as Trump supporters inside the Capitol prior to the breach.
Further, given reporting by friendly regime news organizations such as the New York Times confirming the existence of FBI informants months before January 6, Thompson and his fellow Democrats should have blasted Wray for either inept sources or a complete failure to collect accurate intelligence from those informants. Where's the outrage that Wray concealed this information from the public and various congressional inquiries?
Wray has misled Congress for nearly two years by insisting his agency was caught off guard by what happened that afternoon—so why didn't Thompson and committee Democrats condemn Wray instead of rescuing him from a legitimate question?
It was a telling moment.

Don't Let the Media Con You - The GOP Did Not Lose the Midterms
QUOTE: One of the biggest media hoaxes is that the Republicans lost the midterm elections... and that it was a sign voters are tiring of Donald Trump.
The Republican candidates for the House got 52,690,787 votes while Democrats only got 48,096,016 votes — almost a 5 million-vote Republican majority.
This margin of victory, against the backdrop of President Joe Biden's 7.1 million-vote defeat of Trump in 2020, indicates a 12-million vote shift between 2020 and 2022, the largest gain by Republicans between the presidential and congressional elections going back to before 2000.
We entered the 2022 elections with 22 seats to defend in the Senate, including six vacancies. The Democrats only had to defend 11 seats and had only one vacancy. Despite those odds, Republicans held all but one of their seats.
The only defeat we suffered was at the hands of our own expectations.

Like Rosen, most of Cortez Masto's defiance stemmed from COVID-19 policies, which ravaged Nevada's service sector and has been credited for making her 2022 reelection bid so challenging.

Following the midterm elections, mainstream media outlets have pushed the narrative that parental rights candidates fared poorly in school board races. While it's true that some candidates who emphasized parental rights and opposition to left-wing ideologies like Critical Race Theory and radical gender theory were defeated, those candidates – who were typically aligned with local Republican Party organizations – often still far out-performed other Republicans in their districts. In many other cases, however, conservative parents' rights candidates did manage to win even when other Republicans lost, and in some cases flipped several high-profile school boards.
In Florida, conservative candidates emphasizing parents' rights won victories in key areas like Sarasota and Miami-Dade counties that had previously been Democratic strongholds.
In Texas, conservative candidates voicing opposition to CRT picked up seats on the state Board of Education, expanding the GOP majority. In Charleston County, South Carolina, another typically Democrat area, conservative candidates flipped the school board from Democrat control, another big victory.
Notably, these victories came in spite of conservatives being far outspent by liberal national teacher unions backing establishment candidates. Conservatives had some much needed outside support of their own, however, from groups like Moms for Liberty. According to the group's founder, roughly half of the candidates Moms for Liberty endorsed, most of whom were in competitive races, won this cycle.
Looking ahead to 2023 and even 2024, education and parental rights can continue to be winning issues for conservatives.

California's 'Misinformation' Law Targets 'Doctor Zero'
QUOTE: A new and unconstitutional, Orwellian gag-order law took effect on Jan. 1. Titled "Physicians and surgeons: unprofessional conduct," the law permits the Medical Board of California to discipline doctors who "disseminate" misinformation.
It's an obvious and direct attack on the First Amendment—freedom of speech—as well as the Fifth Amendment, which says an individual cannot be compelled by the government to provide incriminating information about himself, and the Fourteenth Amendment's equal protection under the laws.
This law attempts to mandate a new and undefined standard known as "contemporary scientific consensus" and illegally suppress differing professional opinions counter to this consensus on COVID-19.
Differing professional opinions are of course protected from governmental interference and censorship by the First Amendment. The importance of differing professional opinions is also enshrined in the practice of medicine by the longstanding right and traditional entitlement of patients to the time-honored "second opinion." If everyone were forced to adopt the undefinable "contemporary scientific consensus," second opinions could be deemed to be "misinformation."
As a physician and attorney, I am particularly interested in this law as it is very dangerous for both doctors and patients. It also happens that I am "Doctor Zero," responsible for triggering California legislators to pass this unconstitutional law.
The transcripts of the committee hearings and bill analyses, mentioning me by name as the founder of America's Frontline Doctors (AFLDS), can be found at this link. Shockingly, these legislative hearings, particularly on Aug. 30 and May 13, 2022, target a specific individual. Such a deeply flawed legislative history also undermines the bill's legality.

In the October 2022 version of the FAA Guide for Aviation Medical Examiners, the FAA quietly widened the EKG parameters beyond the normal range (from a PR max of .2 to unlimited). And they didn't widen the range by a little. They widened it by a lot. It was done after the vaccine rollout.
This is extraordinary. They did it hoping nobody would notice. It worked for a while. Nobody caught it. But you can't hide these things for long.
This is a tacit admission from the US government that the COVID vaccine has damaged the hearts of our pilots. Not just a few pilots. A lot of pilots and a lot of damage.
The cardiac harm of course is not limited to pilots.
My best guess right now is that over 50M Americans sustained some amount of heart damage from the shot.
That's a lot of people who will be very upset when they realize the vaccine they took to reduce their chance of dying from COVID actually worked in reverse making it:
1. More likely that people will get COVID
2. Be hospitalized from COVID and other diseases
3. Die from COVID (and other diseases)
4. You also have an excellent chance of getting a lifetime of heart damage for no extra charge.

In releasing this installment of the "Twitter files," Fang noted that he "was given some access to Twitter emails" and that the searches for these documents "were carried out by a Twitter attorney," potentially limiting the information made available to him.

The new research, including a reanalysis of the trials for the vaccines, raise concerns about whether the benefits from the vaccines outweigh the harms, according to the doctor.
"I don't see how anyone couldn't be certain that the benefits are outweighing the harms on a population level, or even in the high-risk groups. I don't see the evidence to support that claim," Fraiman told The Epoch Times. "But I also can't say that there's evidence to support that it's potentially more harmful, but there's also uncertainty here. ... Given that scenario, I believe that people should not be given the [vaccines] outside of a clinical trial, because we need to figure out ... if their benefits outweigh harm or if harm outweighs benefits."
"The only thing that can answer that question is going to be a randomized trial," he added.
Pfizer and Moderna did not respond to requests for comment.

California's 'Misinformation' Law Targets 'Doctor Zero'
QUOTE: A new and unconstitutional, Orwellian gag-order law took effect on Jan. 1. Titled "Physicians and surgeons: unprofessional conduct," the law permits the Medical Board of California to discipline doctors who "disseminate" misinformation.
It's an obvious and direct attack on the First Amendment—freedom of speech—as well as the Fifth Amendment, which says an individual cannot be compelled by the government to provide incriminating information about himself, and the Fourteenth Amendment's equal protection under the laws.
This law attempts to mandate a new and undefined standard known as "contemporary scientific consensus" and illegally suppress differing professional opinions counter to this consensus on COVID-19.
Differing professional opinions are of course protected from governmental interference and censorship by the First Amendment. The importance of differing professional opinions is also enshrined in the practice of medicine by the longstanding right and traditional entitlement of patients to the time-honored "second opinion." If everyone were forced to adopt the undefinable "contemporary scientific consensus," second opinions could be deemed to be "misinformation."
As a physician and attorney, I am particularly interested in this law as it is very dangerous for both doctors and patients. It also happens that I am "Doctor Zero," responsible for triggering California legislators to pass this unconstitutional law.
The transcripts of the committee hearings and bill analyses, mentioning me by name as the founder of America's Frontline Doctors (AFLDS), can be found at this link. Shockingly, these legislative hearings, particularly on Aug. 30 and May 13, 2022, target a specific individual. Such a deeply flawed legislative history also undermines the bill's legality.

In the October 2022 version of the FAA Guide for Aviation Medical Examiners, the FAA quietly widened the EKG parameters beyond the normal range (from a PR max of .2 to unlimited). And they didn't widen the range by a little. They widened it by a lot. It was done after the vaccine rollout.
This is extraordinary. They did it hoping nobody would notice. It worked for a while. Nobody caught it. But you can't hide these things for long.
This is a tacit admission from the US government that the COVID vaccine has damaged the hearts of our pilots. Not just a few pilots. A lot of pilots and a lot of damage.
The cardiac harm of course is not limited to pilots.
My best guess right now is that over 50M Americans sustained some amount of heart damage from the shot.
That's a lot of people who will be very upset when they realize the vaccine they took to reduce their chance of dying from COVID actually worked in reverse making it:
1. More likely that people will get COVID
2. Be hospitalized from COVID and other diseases
3. Die from COVID (and other diseases)
4. You also have an excellent chance of getting a lifetime of heart damage for no extra charge.

QUOTE: Kevin McCarthy has received a software upgrade, and I think you're going to like it. The somewhat contentious Speaker of the House, who faced down a conservative revolt during his confirmation, has been keeping his promises so far, and that includes kicking Eric Swalwell and Adam Schiff off the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
As RedState reported, Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries initially reappointed the controversial Democrats to the committee, demanding McCarthy bend the knee while ignoring the consequences of Nancy Pelosi's tyrannical reign. To his credit, the new Speaker told Jeffries to pound sand.
Naturally, that has the press raving mad (mostly because Schiff is a main source of leaks), and one snarky reporter decided to try to tie the situation to George Santos. You know, because the current congress apparently revolves around a no-name freshman whose committee assignments are the equivalent of working at McDonald's.
You have to listen carefully to hear exactly what the reporter says, but the gist of her assertion is that it's hypocritical to put Santos onto any committees while keeping Schiff and Swalwell off of a specific committee. McCarthy absolutely levels her from start to finish.

2- It is not an emergency anymore.

QUOTE: The former Milwaukee County chief medical examiner conducted a careful review of some 4,000 COVID-19 deaths reported during the pandemic there. His research revealed that nearly half had no link to COVID or in some cases only a "marginal" association, such as end stage cancer patients whose demise was possibly hastened by a few days or weeks, from catching the disease. An analysis of LA County and national data collected during the more recent waves of the highly contagious (but considerably less deadly) Omicron variants suggests that COVID-19 deaths are now likely being overcounted by at least fourfold. A newly published investigation from Denmark documented that, following the emergence of Omicron a year ago, an astonishing 65-75% of deaths officially attributed to COVID-19 have been merely incidental to the coronavirus, consistent with the above hypothetical exercise. Yet even if only half the currently reported deaths in the U.S. are not really caused by the virus, that would mean an actual daily COVID-19 toll of around 200, roughly the number dying during a bad flu season.
The inadvertent exaggeration of COVID-19 deaths and long COVID leads not only to misplaced policy decisions, such as new mask mandates and booster recommendations for 6-month-old babies, but also to a needlessly enduring climate of fear, particularly in bluer regions (such as my hometown of San Francisco, where mask wearing remains commonplace, even outdoors). After three long years, it is past time to base public health pronouncements and policies on solid scientific evidence rather than well-meaning but often misleading assumptions.

4- Iowa is third state to pass school choice measure that funds every student in state, not the system. This is great news for children and we pray this spreads to more states.

Arizona became the first state in the nation to pass education scholarship accounts, expanding the program to all 1.1 million K-12 students in the state. Other red states followed suit in pushing school choice legislation.
A similar bill passed in the Florida House of Representatives. A coalition of school choice proponents signed a letter that urges Florida lawmakers to pass an unprecedented education savings account bill.

Cruz introduces 7 bills to block government COVID mandates
QUOTE: Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz introduced seven bills to block current and future federal government COVID mandates by taking aim at mask and vaccine requirements and other similar measures.
"President Biden has stated that the COVID-19 pandemic is over, but he continues to wield powers granted during the pandemic, and he continues to desire draconian restrictions and mandates for the American people," Cruz said Tuesday.
Cruz's bills include the No Vaccine Passports Act, the No Vaccine Mandates Act and the No Mask Mandates Act.
"We cannot allow the unprecedented actions taken by the federal government to set a new normal in which politicians and unelected bureaucrats force mandates upon the American people at the drop of a hat," Cruz said.
He also introduced the GIVE LIFE Act, also known as Doss's Act, named after a teenager in his state who was denied a kidney transplant because he had not received the COVID vaccine. The bill would prohibit denying a person an organ transplant based on their COVID vaccination status.
Another of Cruz's bills, the Ending Discrimination in COVID-19 Treatments Act, would mandate for the Department of Health and Human Services to not consider race, religion, sex, age or other factors when distributing COVID-19 treatments. The proposed legislation comes after the Food and Drug Administration issued guidance last year for doctors to consider "race or ethnicity" when rationing out monoclonal antibody treatments.
Cruz's other two bills focus on children, with one prohibiting groups that receive federal funds from imposing a COVID vaccine mandate on minor children while requiring parental consent for minor children to receive the COVID vaccine. The other bill specifically attempts to repeal Washington, D.C.'s public school COVID vaccine mandate.


4- The effort to silence and remove medical professionals who may have opinions differing from the government, has been halted, for the time being.

California's Medical Misinformation Law Struck Down
QUOTE: The law, known as Assembly Bill 2098, which was signed into law last October, required medical licensing boards in the state to take disciplinary action against physicians who were involved in so-called "dissemination or misinformation or disinformation" related to COVID-19.
Senior U.S. District Judge William Shubb in Sacramento ruled on Wednesday that Assembly Bill 2098, which was signed last October by California Governor Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, was too vague for doctors to know what kind of statements might put them at risk of being penalized."COVID-19 is a quickly evolving area of science that in many aspects eludes consensus," he wrote.
The preliminary order means that the law cannot be enforced while Shubb hears two lawsuits brought against the law shortly after its passage last year - one by a group of five doctors, and another by a doctor and two advocacy groups including Robert F. Kennedy Jr's Children's Health Defense.
Doctors found violating the law wouldn't just be faced with a slap on the wrist. A report from The New York Time's Steven Lee Myers noted that expanding medical licensing boards in such a way "could lead to a suspension or revocation of a doctor’s license to practice in the state."

QUOTE: Twenty-five attorneys general and several other plaintiffs have sued the Biden administration asking the court to halt a federal ESG policy that could negatively impact the retirement savings of 152 million Americans.
The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court Northern District Amarillo Division naming Secretary of Labor Martin Walsh and the U.S. Department of Labor as defendants.
It alleges the U.S. Department of Labor created a rule prioritizing “woke” Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investing that jeopardizes the retirement savings of 152 million workers, or two-thirds of the U.S. population.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has also taken action, including prohibiting the state’s retirement fund from investing in funds that prioritize ESG.
Co-leading the lawsuit is Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes; joining them are the attorneys general representing the states of Louisiana, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, Wyoming and the commonwealths of Virginia and Kentucky.

QUOTE: A federal judge on Tuesday blocked a New Jersey law authorizing the state's attorney general to sue gun manufacturers and sellers for endangering public safety, finding it ran afoul of a federal law protecting the gun industry from such claims.
The preliminary order by U.S. District Judge Zahid Quraishi in Trenton, New Jersey, means the law cannot be enforced while the judge considers a legal challenge by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), a gun industry group. It comes a day after a different judge struck down parts of a separate gun control measure in the state.


7- This may be our favorite story of the week. We hope that more donors to universities will sue to get their money returned.

University Removes Slave-Owning Benefactor's Name, His Family Demands Their $51 Million Back
QUOTE: If your name isn’t good enough for a college, is your money? Such a question has been raised over a now-deleted donator in Virginia.
The situation dates back to 1846, when a man named Thomas C. Williams attended Richmond College. In the 1880s, he served as a trustee.
After his death, his family made a gift to [the college] that helped establish the law school. When Richmond College became the University of Richmond in 1920, it began referring to the law school as the T.C. Williams School of Law.
That was then, this is now. In September of 2022, the University of Richmond board voted unanimously to change the name to the University of Richmond School of Law.
He may have played an important part, but according to tax records, T.C.’s successful tobacco business owned 25 to 40 slaves.
On March 26th, a new policy was instated:
No building, program, professorship, or other entity at the University should be named for a person who directly engaged in the trafficking and/or enslavement of others or openly advocated for the enslavement of people.
Out with the old, in with the new. But T.C.’s family wants their man’s old money back: If he’s unworthy of recognition for his efforts, they figure, his cash should be no good as well.
T.C.’s great-great-grandson explained in a letter to the president.
If suddenly his name is not good enough for the University, then isn’t the proper ethical and, indeed, virtuous action to return the benefactor’s money with interest? … s it not a form of fraud to induce money from a benefactor, and then discredit the benefactor after he is long dead? Surely the Williams family would not have given a penny to the University knowing that the University would later dishonor the family.
At a six-percent compounded interest over 132 years, [T.C.’s] gift to the law school alone is now valued at over $51 million, and this does not include many other substantial gifts from my family to the University.

There was no point listening to yet another speech by a Democrat, looking you in the eye and flat out lying. But, it is worth our time to listen to the response by Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
In her speech she drew the sharp contrast between the two factions fighting for power in America.
“The dividing line is no longer between the right and left, it is between normal or crazy."

US Sen. Ron Johnson Tells FAA: Answer Questions About Pilots’ Health, Possible Effects of COVID-19 Shots
QUOTE: U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) is pressing a federal agency to answer questions about pilots’ health following COVID-19 vaccinations.
In a Jan. 27 letter sent to Acting Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Administrator Billy Nolen and Federal Air Surgeon Susan Northrup and shared exclusively with The Epoch Times, Johnson revealed that the FAA told him that a change in a heart-test standard for pilots had “nothing to do with COVID vaccinations.”
The Epoch Times reported last week that the FAA’s decision to change an electrocardiogram (EKG) test standard known as the “PR interval,” which was implemented quietly, had generated concern. An EKG reading is an indicator of heart health. By itself, an elevated PR interval doesn’t mean there’s definitely a problem, although several cardiologists have publicly stated that further investigation is warranted at levels above 200 milliseconds. Other cardiologists aren’t so alarmed by the FAA’s changing the acceptable limit to 300 milliseconds.
Some people suspect that the PR interval change was related to cardiac health issues that pilots may have experienced because of the COVID-19 vaccinations. The FAA has declared the vaccines are safe for pilots to use and that they can fly 48 hours after receiving a COVID-19 injection..
The letter asks the FAA to answer eight specific questions by Feb. 10. Johnson wants to know what the FAA has done to investigate the reports of possible COVID-19 adverse events among pilots.
“Please provide all records relating to how FAA made this determination,” Johnson wrote.
The FAA, in its Jan. 20 response to his inquiry about the PR interval change, stated that “new scientific evidence enabled the FAA to safely raise the tolerance used to screen for a certain heart condition.”
But he’s seeking a specific justification for the PR interval change. He also wants the agency to answer the following question: “How many individuals are certified to fly that have PR intervals greater than 0.21 seconds?”


2- Protecting children from harmful propaganda should not have to be legislated but, these days, that is how this rising problem must be addressed.

House GOP Issues First Subpoenas To Merrick Garland And Christopher Wray

The House Judiciary Committee has sent its first subpoenas to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona.
It requests all communications between the DOJ, FBI, Department of Education, and the National School Boards Association.
The subpoenas are over the school board memo targeting parents.
The memo classified parents as “domestic terrorists” for speaking out against left-wing ideas being pushed in schools across the country.

According to data from the U.S. Census Bureau, enrollment in colleges across the nation has decreased by roughly 13%. While many colleges struggle to draw in students, many faith-based universities are seeing a boom in applications, championing the classical curriculum over woke ideologies.
Founder and CEO of the Classic Learning Test (CLT) Jeremy Tate outlined on “Fox & Friends Weekend” Saturday how the classical education is giving many colleges across the U.S. an edge over others.
“If you’re watching this, and you graduated college in the sixties or seventies, then you probably took U.S. history or economics or Western civilization. But those days are long gone. Many colleges now have gone to kind of an al-la-carte model. But there’s a narrow band,” he said, “that schools like the University of Dallas, Franciscan, Benedictine, Hillsdale Grove City College that have maintained and sometimes double down on a traditional core curriculum.”

California quietly abandons COVID-19 vaccine mandate for school kids
QUOTE: With the pandemic emergency quickly winding down, California officials appear to have quietly backed away from plans to require COVID-19 vaccinations for K-12 school students, a move that avoids the prospect of barring tens of thousands of unvaccinated children from the classroom.
The shift comes 14 months after Gov. Gavin Newsom visited a San Francisco middle school to declare plans to make California the first state to mandate COVID-19 vaccines for its more than 6 million students.The vaccine mandate, initially expected to kick in last summer, was put off another 12 months amid flagging youth vaccination rates that opened a debate over how the requirement would disproportionately punish disadvantaged students already struggling to recover academically and emotionally from pandemic school lockdowns.
Now, with no announcement or explanation, the administration appears to be quietly dropping the COVID-19 immunization mandate altogether. The education news site EdSource reported Feb. 1 that the state would no longer pursue it, citing unnamed officials. When the Bay Area News Group asked whether the state was dropping plans for the mandate, the California Department of Public Health would not directly answer but did not dispute the EdSource report, noting that “emergency regulations are not being pursued.”

AOC loses battle to slow GOP push to expand new oil, natural gas leases on federal land
QUOTE: Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Tuesday failed to slow down the House Republican push for new oil and gas leases on federal land after GOP lawmakers shot down her attempt to require further study of the public health impacts of energy extraction.
The House Natural Resources Committee met Tuesday to adopt its work plan for the new Congress. Included in that plan is language that says the Biden administration has leased fewer federal acres for oil and gas development than "any presidential administration" since the end of World War II.
"The Committee will examine the lack of oil and natural gas leasing on federal lands in the western United States, including focusing on administrative actions that have created permitting delays and disincentivized production on federal lands," the committee’s plan said.
Before adopting the plan, Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., offered an amendment that would require the committee to collect "public health data and other impacts of new drilling on federal lands."
"There is a failure to acknowledge the disproportionate impact that these changes have on communities of color and other frontline communities," Ocasio-Cortez said. She added that there should be "no objection to gathering better data on the health impact of these policies."
But Republicans pushed back and said her proposal ignores the health benefits that energy development has delivered to people for generations.
"How can you ignore the millions of people around the Earth that have had clean water, indoor plumbing, lights, electricity provided to them, making their lives better, extending, literally extending, their life span, lifting them out of poverty by having access to electricity that’s been provided by coal, oil, gas or other fossil fuels?" said Rep. Matt Rosendale, R-Mont.

6- Bless her heart. This is one brave young woman. All female athletes should stand up and refuse to participate if they are forced to compete with men.
If they would all do this, we could end this stupid episode and get back to all the gains woman have made in sports.

Surfer Bethany Hamilton says she won’t compete against transgender women
QUOTE: Surfer Bethany Hamilton found some support online from fellow athletes after she spoke out against the World Surf League’s (WSL) rules governing transgender women competing in events.
Hamilton said in a video posted to her Instagram on Saturday that she would not be participating in WSL events if the rule remains. The WSL said transgender female athletes need to maintain a testosterone level of 5 nmol/L for at least a year to participate in the women’s division.
Hamilton said in her video she would rather see WSL create a new division.
“I personally think that the best solution would be to create a different division so that all can have a fair opportunity to showcase their passion and talent – and I think it’s really hard to imagine what the future of women’s surfing will be like in 15-20 years down the road if we move forward allowing this major change,” she said.
After raising questions, Hamilton received some support online.
