I think he can win without Pennsylvania as well. I think you are assuming Biden holds a lot of states that are up in the air to assume Pennsylvania is do or die for Trump.

In my opinion the polls will tighten. I don't believe Biden will continue to hold a 10 point lead. But it will shrink to around 6-8 come election night, still plenty to cruise into an electoral college victory.
