Robb:

Maybe she should have worn that Muslim Scarf and told Matthews that if
he didnt cool his jets she would have Al Queda try his family down

Sorry, youre just trying to discredit the source again. (Thats weaksauce fwiw)

Do you really think they would just make up quotes?! I highly doubt it.

Oops. Sorry RF I misread this. Strike the first line of my last post.

Disregarding the political motives, were their accusations about Kerry true or not?

Was there ever any investigation to either prove or disprove them?
I don't mean an investigation into who may have backed them or helped organize their report.

I just would like to know if the allegations were true. If not, was a suit for libel ever filed?

I have no agenda here. I'm just curious.

Consider that Kerry NEVER refuted them -

Consider how Kerry got his three Purple Hearts - all scratches and all requested by him for himself. At least two of the scratches came under very doubtful circumstances that Kerry called enemy action when submitting himself for his Purple Hearts.

Consider that Kerry served less than three months in Vietnam when his third scratch and third Purple Heart got him an early out due to some arcane rule that Kerry knew (three Purple Hearts and you don't have to serve a complete one year tour.)

Ask any Vietnam Vet if he could have gotten a Purple Heart for a scratch.

Ask any Vet the following:

Would you have rather gone AWOL over coke useage like Bush or been in combat like Kerry?

Whoops

"none of the men had actually served on the Swift boats that Mr. Kerry commanded." Adm. Roy F. Hoffman, one of the veterans in the ad, has even "acknowledged he had no first-hand knowledge to discredit Kerry's claims to valor," the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported on May 6, "and said that although Kerry was under his command, he really didn't know Kerry much personally."

"Kerry's claims to valor" :puke1:

Kerry also "claimed" while under oath to Congress that American Soldiers regularly ravaged the country side of Vietnam, with acts reminicent of Ghengis Khan - he had no witnesses for that claim either.

Kerry made a lot of claims that couldn't be proven.

Funk and the boys won't touch it.

Watch them come back with something else totally irrelevant again.

You can't talk sense to these people...lefties live on emotion...not logic.

Really?

I guess He is a TRAITOR while Bush is a Hero?

Kerry served this country and earned Medals ... the only thing Bush
served was his Nose while snorting Cocaine
