Just my opinion... i think a lot of these touts are not originators but followers... they might have an opinion on a game lean Minny at 3.5... and instead of hitting the confirm bet button early in the week... they wait until Wednesday when limits increase and once they see the first sign of market movement... play gets sent out .. or They send out plays super early Sunday night on a rogue line that any one with half a brain knows the line is bad,,, but 95% of us can’t get the bet in as the majority of the markets doesnt have the line out... also even if Could get the line .
