Pittman is The Man
Game: (253) Houston Texans at (254) Indianapolis Colts
Date/Time: Oct 17 2021 1:00 PM EDT
Betting Line Provider: Consensus Line
Play Rating: B units
Play: Michael Pittman Jr Over 62.5 Receiving Yards
Michael Pittman Jr is averaging 5.8 receptions per game for 73.6 yards per game with three of those five games coming on the road against some pretty good teams. Now, he's playing at home in a dome with perfect conditions against the worst team in the league, and I just need him to eclipse 60 yards? I'll bite.
TY Hilton is set to return this week, which might take a target or two away from Pittman Jr. but I really don't think it's going to matter. Pittman Jr. has led the Colts in targets each of the last four weeks and he clearly has a chemistry developing with Wentz. He's one of three receivers in the league to have 40+ targets without a dropped pass this season.
At the time of posting, Michael Pittman Jr's receiving yards is available at:
FanDuel over 60.5 (-110)
SuperBook Sports over 62.5 (-112)
DraftKings over 62.5 (-115)

Just Throw it to Jonnu
Game: (271) Dallas Cowboys at (272) New England Patriots
Date/Time: Oct 17 2021 4:25 PM EDT
Betting Line Provider: Consensus Line
Play Rating: B units
Play: Jonnu Smith Over 2.5 Receptions
Here are the totals for New England's games this season: 43.5, 43, 43.5, 49 and 39. The 49 was in the game against Tampa Bay, and it ended up being played in a monsoon. Today's total against Dallas is 50. The Patriots haven't been involved in a game where a decent amount of scoring is expected all season. This will be their first game where both teams are expected to comfortably reach the 20's.
This should be a great spot for Jonnu Smith to break out and put up some numbers. Dallas’ defense ranks second-worst in covering tight ends, according to Football Outsiders’ DVOA. The Cowboys have allowed a league-worst 149.1 passer rating to quarterbacks who specifically target tight ends on play-action passes, according to Sports Info. Solutions.
FanDuel - Over 20.5 receiving yards (-110) / over 2.5 receoptions (+126)
DraftKings - Over 19.5 receiving yards (-120) / over 2.5 receptions (+140)

Play: Jonnu Smith Over 20.5 Receiving Yards

Light Load for Zeke
Game: (271) Dallas Cowboys at (272) New England Patriots
Date/Time: Oct 17 2021 4:25 PM EDT
Betting Line Provider: Consensus Line
Play Rating: B units
Play: Ezekiel Elliott Under 76.5 Rushing Yards
Ezekiel Elliott is battling some lingering issues, and there really isn't a reason to put a heavy workload on his shoulders this week. Last week he was on the injury report because of a knee issue, and this week he's on because of sore ribs. Tony Pollard has shown that he's very capable of stepping in and carrying the workload for a week. Cross-conference road games are the least important games on a team's schedule. They have no bearing on tiebreakers within your division or conference. The Cowboys have a bye week next week, so if Elliott takes it easy this week, he'll have two weeks off to rest up for the second half of the season.
Last week against the Giants, Elliott only played 47 of 78 offensive snaps. Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith had an MRI on Thursday, and his status for today's game is a little up-in-the-air. At the time of posting, Ezekiel Elliott's rushing total is available at…
FanDuel under 77.5 (-110)
Caesars under 76.5 (-115)
DraftKings under 76.5 (-115)
SuperBook Sports under 76.5 (-115)
Barstool Under 75.5 (-114)
