Your Sunday freebie is the Nebraska Corn Huskers as the slight home court dog to the Iowa Hawkeyes.

I have a feeling every chump in the world will line up for a play on the Hawkeyes who are in need of a road win to keep their name on the Selection Committee's minds, but just because they need the win doesn't mean they are going to get the win.

Nebraska may be a patsy on the road, but at home they are very competitive as evidenced by their 10-4 straight up mark this year.

The Huskers have played 3 of their last 4 away from Lincoln, and they are on a 4 game slide, so look for them to welcome being back in front of the home faithful.

As for Iowa, a win over fading Rutgers their last time out is no "buy sign" for me, as the Hawkeyes are still just 3-5 both straight up and against the spread their last 8 times on the hardwood.

Mark me down for a play on Nebraska.

Sure, New York has actually split a pair of series meetings this year with Cleveland, but this Knicks team is largely unrecognizable these days, and the lumps they are absorbing are plentiful.

Cleveland won 14 of 16 prior to the All-Star break with a 12-4 spread mark, and they picked right up where they left off on Friday with a 38-point destruction at Washington against the Wizards!

Last I checked the Knickerbockers record is nowhere near that of the Wizards.

This one could be another 30-plus point destruction.

Take the Cavaliers.
