I dont see any advantage you gain by not taking Carolina..

Its only week 2 and you need to worry making it to week 3.

Yes, anything can happen on any given Sunday, but you goal right now is not to knock yourself out because you think you are outsmarting everyone, when in reality, you are trying to outsmart yourself.

You have a west coast team, traveling east, for an early start, short week and this is a "sandwich" game for SF. (sandwich meaning playing division game, Rams, then non division, then division next(Seattle).

Really bad spot for SF IMO. Will they cover...that part, not sure

Which was exactly the same logic I processed for using CAR in the week 2 pool, except my selections had to be in earlier this afternoon.

The one possible advantage to be gained is if later on they are a solid selection that's not available to many other entries. However, there's no certainty that advantage will present itself.

OK. So I finalized Carolina as my final pick. Too early to think outside the box, especially since this pool is $1,000,000. Hoping a decent amount of people will lose with their lions/cards/pats/ravens picks. Panthers it is. Good luck to those that are in a suicide pool this season!!!!

Agree about just get to week 3 with Carolina. How about Arizona or Denver?

I wouldn't take the Bears if they were playing Northwestern.
