Capistrami is one of my favorite sandwiches

I'd rather Second Avenue(NYC), Carnegie(NYC), Katz's(NY,Mia,Hou,& Austin), Artie's(NYC), Barney Greengrass(NY & LA), Nate & Al's(LA), Manny's(Chicago), Max's(Chicago), Kenny & Ziggy's(Hou), Phil's(Miami), Arnie & Richie's(Mia), Wolfie Cohen's Rascal House(Mia), Celebrity Deli(LV), etc..
Actually Subways Italian herb bread is good, too bad the meats are not.The secret of a great sandwich is in the bread.
Neither Subway nor Quiznos qualify.
There is a place, actually 2 locations in the south Chicago suburbs called "Unbeatable Eatables", Now from the pure sub perspective, no toasted buns or anything, this place is damn near impossible to beat.
G-Money, I bet you are familiar with this place in Country Club Hills...
