The Cyberflix app seemed to stop updating a couple months ago after about eight months of very reliable delivery for pretty much all U.S., Canadian and UK produced television/streaming shows. Current release movies were there also but frequently with invasive ads
Prior to that we used the Showbox app for about four years, all TV and movies....was awesome....watched Hateful 8 on Christmas Day 2015 same day it released in theaters
Currently using the CINEMA app....all television/streaming available within 24 hrs of broadcast and very deep backlog of shows into the 1980s. Movies also play very well with "currently in theater" available same week.....though in current climate that translates to when they are released into the stream-o-sphere
The software appears pretty universal w the aforementioned Cyberflix app so I would not be surprised if there are some other platforms doing same
CINEMA does insert 30second ads for "gaming apps" at least once per session, which for us could mean after first couple TV shows and sometimes twice in a day if we do a multi-show binge afternoon/evening
Calls for an android tablet + hdmi cable...in our case it's a $119 RCA we bought at Walmart....delivers full HiDef....plus of course can deliver Youtube and most any other video/audio app you might elect to load onto it
