Should see all 4 pages of the document, handwriting is bad throughout. You can tell he filled it out, then had his wife (From the vet) fill it out to add his name as owner of the house.... sad. Adding his name to a house he never paid for, that an 87yo vet used his VA loan to get.

By looking at his signature I would say that early stages of Parkinson's has set in or he won't be able to read the street signs to get to the gym. That signature is very telling

Given his penchant for scamming, some 6'5 240 pound beast just shows up at the gym and says "I'm DaFinch from the RX, let's do this" is definitely a possibility. So we would need to do a background check.
