i thought it was plane..until, announcer and then ref explained it was 2 feet down in EZ...and the ball didnt have to break plane...anyone clarify this?


if thats the case..he definitely had 2 feet in EZ as he drug them and fell forward

He needed two feet down WITH POSSESSION of the ball while it crossed the plane. That is why they were checking feet.

My biggest complaint was that the Ravens offense didn't do what they have done all season and that is to show different looks and throw in the occasional trick play or two.

Almost like they let their opponent scare them into being conservative.

ravens coach being interviewed , and he said he thought ball had to cross the plane....i really think like mcnabb (but everyone knows about the tie rule) that this is an obscure rule that alot of folks dont know.....
