Kansas State's defense held Stanford to just 70 yards in the 2nd half and K-State out yarded them 335-227 in total. Trees were lucky to even be in a position to cover 2+ TDs given those numbers.

I think it was to be expected that Shaw might turtle up a bit given the gauntlet they have on the horizon with upcoming games against USC, UCLA, and Washington. Plus the fact they were going against one of the all time greats in half-time adjustments in Bill Snyder.

No disagreement senda, K state played amazingly on defense in the second half. Never made a comment on deserving to cover my bet last night. It was just a discussion on multiple issues with the coaching decisions/preparation.
