I agree some people here are out of hand. If you followed the story, you know the victim was partially at fault. Stallworth's BAC was .12, which hardly yields a buzz to drinkers. I'm not making any excuses for Stallworth. He deserves to spend time in jail and he deserves to be suspended, but to say "give him life" is out of line
I'm all for giving life sentences to scumbags who blackout behind the wheel with a .35 BAC and the accident is 100% their life, but that simply wasn't the case here.
