I just hope that you read this thread and realize why I said what I said. I was accused of something and the accuser could not provide one stitch of proof to label me in a negative light. Once everybody realized that this person was full of shit, I should have just let it go.

If he was murdered in cold blood, then I hope that there is justice, but I hope that even the simple people can understand that this person is not any type of "hero" or "role model" that people should be rallying around.
The Gentle Giant and his credible friend asked for $48.99 worth of cigars from behind the counter. After the guy put them on the counter, the two picked the boxes up and just started to walk out of the store without paying. The guy confronted them and Brown grabbed him.
The guy is either the owner or a worker.

There are two parts to this thing. Part 1 took place in the cop car. If there was a struggle and the cop's gun was grabbed for, he deserves to be shot. Part 2 is what took place outside the car. If the kid was shot in the back or with his hands up in obvious surrender mode, the cop is done. I mean shot in the back at a distance as well. He could've been shot in the back at close range and could be justified in that instance.
We'll just wait and see I guess.

yeah this seems pretty cut and dry. Unless the evidence is overwhelming he popped him in the back from distance then the cop probably was just doing his job and dealing with someone clearly of dubious character.

If you are gonna just boost some cigars and casually walkout, you need the owners to fear for their lives and let you do it. Like in the Wire when Marlo took the lollipop and the security guard tried to confront him but knew he couldn't do shit. You need that mafia don respect if your gonna act like that, otherwise people just gonna call the cops....
I said this over at peeps.Most likely scenario in my mind is there was struggle in car for gun and guy was shot and the guy that says he saw him raising his hands was his partner in crime.I think he raised his hands after he was already shot once.That would be a logical thing to do.That is if the guy is telling the truth about him even raising his hands.He evidently is not telling the truth right now because he mentioned nothing about robbing and assaulting a hard working business owner and thought they could take whatever they wanted from him.If the guy did not fall immediately cops keep firing.
