My 'gym routine' involves swimming in our pool a few times a week, yoga once and awhile, & walking...no gym. I'm slim 6'5" & less than 200 lbs in my target weight window. Get seafood delivered to my house...oysters...lobsters...scallops..salmon etc. My partner maintains our garden so have plenty of fresh organic produce & eggs from the chickens.
