The Manchester Derby
- While I'm expecting an away win I certainly think United will score and probably more than once. City have only shutout United at Old Trafford ONCE since 1974 and I don't think today will be #2 in last 40 years while United's defense is still pretty shaky despite b2b clean sheets. This is one of 3 games in hand that City have over Chelsea so no reason to sit back. Pretty sure they're going to put us in our place today but not betting the match myself. The over has strangely dropped from a 3.25 line to now o2.5 -140 so that's what has to be the bet, if any....

bizarre lineup for Sunderland....putting a 5-man defense with 3 central halfs for first time all year against an offense clicking like the lpool is. could be a bloodbath especially in 1h while this defense tries to learn wtf they're doing. over 1.5 and/or -1 HC for 1H should be a decent look

tremendous odds on Cambuur in the Dutch league. AZ Alkmaar are a really good team but I expect only reserves to play on Sunday. AZ had a Dutch Cup semi-final match Thursday vs Ajax then next Thursday the first leg of the Europa League quarterfinals vs Benfica so the Dutch league matches will take a back seat for sure. Az are 7th on the table but too far from a top 2 place (10 points back) to think about Champions League football next year so full focus on winning either the Dutch Cup or Europa League. Cambuur just 3 points back from a Europa League playoff spot and while they’re terrible away from home (no wins, -16 goal differential) they are excellent at home (9 wins. +11 goal differential) while AZ are a terrible traveler (10 road losses = most in league)

Sure could be tired from doing double-duty with league and CCL but they want to get #1 seed and big gap in talent b/w these two teams. Best home team in league with 11 straight unbeaten and Atlas have played a very easy schedule this month with Chivas, Veracruz, Gallos, and Chiapas who have 14 wins combined in 49 games this tourney...and all sitting outside of playoffs. So big jump in class for Atlas

Only negative with taking a pre-match bet is if Spurs manager changes up tactics and plays a more traditional back four with two guys covering in front of the center halfs. Liverpool have scored at least 2 goals in every home match since September (13 games) with an average over 3 goals per game and 2 FIRST HALF goals per game. I could see 3-1 HT, 5-2 FT
