thanks for the winners spread
im liking the way chalmers and beasley have contributed early in their careers and wade looks like his old self.
even chris quinn isnt an embrassment anymore. nice nucleus of players the heat have, need marion to get healthy, need a big man for sure, and 2 key guys off the bench. so close, yet so far.
Still trying to get a good read on Beasley. He can obviously score, just not sure exactly the best way to utilize his talents. He looks small at times, especially under the boards. He gets a lot of shots blocked and also has not rebounded as well as I would like. He does have a sweet stroke. I think Wade and Beasley should be running a lot more pick and pops then they have been.
As for Chalmers, he looks very good defensively. On the offensive end, he does not create a lot of shots for others, which is never good for a point guard. Also, his outside shot is a lot worse than I thought it was. He has been way off at times on perimeter jumpers. Still not sure if he is the ultimate answer as a starter. He may be better coming off of the bench.
Quinn looks great. His shot has been unreal, shooting over 60% from 3. Also he has knocked down some big FT's. A solid third string point guard, or decent backup point guard.
Not sure if this is a playoff team, I would say probably not. Maybe a 7 or 8 seed. Nothing higher though. Still would like to see them trade Marion for help elsewhere. Either way, highly doubt Marion will be back next season. He will either be traded or allowed to expire.
Any by the way, I fucking despise Mark Blount.
