Pinnacle, but boy are they sharp. It' kind of a love hate relationship.

You know, this question is not really clear. Looks like most people are answering it as though it were "what is the best run book", or "who is best at bookmaking"?
My first impression was to interpret as "what book do I have the best results at, or which has provided the best lines for me? I agree with most that Pinnacle is the best bookmaker from the bookies perspective. But, I don't make as much money there as at other books (that makes sense, right?).

The bottom line for me is, where do I make the most money? That's the only important criteria. The thing is, I'm not about to name the book that I've beat the most in 2003. I'd get called for a personal foul, celebrating.

I'd have to say Olympic, as far as major US sports are concerned, because of:

Early overnight lines. Earlier than Pinnacle most of the time.
Fast, friendly customer service. Cancels wagers for you in case of genuine mistake, as long as you contact them right away.
Good variety of wagers.

I think Pinnacle is an excellently run book, but the line moves are WAY too dynamic for my personal liking. Yes, the reduced juice is great, but by the time the lines have been rehashed over and over again up until the last hour before a game, the value you can get at Pinnacle is often WORSE than what you could have gotten at MANY other books the previous night or early in the day. I think to an early line shopper it's really a toss-up between Pinnacle and Olympic. I just happen to prefer the latter.

Hollywood gets my vote. They have the best customer service off-shore. Pinacle is good with the lay 105 but I don't like all the e-mail stuff every time you have a question.

I haven't used Hollywood's customer service extensively but must presume it's probably very good. What I don't like about them is their lack of betting options, esp. in Hockey where they don't put up lines early and don't have moneyline bets.
