Unfortunately we cannot give account information to third parties.
The customer you are referring to has been contacted by our platinum

I'd have to say that "platinum department" in reference to SportsBook.com Customer Service is definitely an oxymoron.

2 points

Whatever the specifics of this case, I would like to think we can all agree on 2 points:

1. Any book making a bonus offer should honour it in full, no questions asked.

2. If a book has reason to doubt the integrity of a customer, an "account audit" or similar activity should be carried out within 7 days of the initial deposit. Books which accept numerous bets then attempt to "audit" the withdrawal come pretty close to thieves in my opinion.

Fortunately I have never been a victim of either of these sharp practices. But given that I have a sportsbook.com account I have probably just been lucky. Unless there is a credible response from the book to these valid concerns, I will reduce the maximum balance I am okay with there from $5,000 to $750.

What would anyone expect from an internet company that uses V-chips? That is the greatest delay tactic since--"he's not as the desk right now-call back later please".

a credible response
That would help so much, but when you are 100% concerned about the player like Sportsbook, so much that you cannot allow arbitration so to protect him, in this so regulated industry, even though he has consented, then I guess you have no need to give a response. It is poppycock for a sportsbook to make this comment when the player has agreed to allow a person to assist him and he shares all details. The book may be right, but how do we know?

As always, one can only try.

TheRx did.

Do sportbook.com and sportsbetting.com have the same owners?
It seems like their lines are always the same.

You cant send a neteller deposit to sportsbook.com greater than $1000, same with sportsbetting.com.

strange

it's a strange group this. Some of the servers seem to be connected as you have noticed. In addition, most of the lines at Sporting Odds and sportingbet.com are the same.

However, at times the lines in the UK books are sufficiently different from the US ones to enable a scalp between 2 different sportingbet group companies!

There was nothing going on except buddies that liked to play & why not have them load up with big $ & take advantage of the 10% & 10%.

A couple of guys wired $50-60k

Easy to get up to $387k
