so do you know when you're pulling out yet?

Irrelevent...I only posted for informational purposes. Take it or leave it. If you think it's a scam then simply do not do it. I just figured I would present the information, and allow others to asess that information and make a decision as to weather they wanted to invest a small amount or not. Our conversation to this point is redundant and will not continue.

Good Luck this weekend. :toast:

I have been wrestling with this question for the past 48 hours, before I put money in. It is obviously only going in one direction right now...but this thing should be a ticking time bomb. The value of the stocks right now have nothing to do with player performance (AIRJ is a symbol, and Babe Ruth is coming). We are really just buying equity in a company that does nothing but sell equity. The increases in price are coming from increased demand due to an influx of new members, and new money to the market.

So now I have a few questions that I have trying to answer myself.

When does the bubble burst? How big can it get? The fantasy sports world is a HUGE market...how many more times will the size of this "market" multiply?

In the ultimate long-run, does this site one day hit an equilibrium where it is actually based on the player perception, and will numbers rise and fall based on each players game? My answer is no at the moment.

there's a sports card market called the pit that attempted this already and they had actual assets backing the market demand. those assets already had established market values as well, i think a certain jordan rookie is worth 40k or something like that and your honus wagners, etc are even more. it did ok for a while and has carved out a small but serviceable niche market. im actually thinking about getting an account at oneseason just to be in on the inevitable class action that will come from this. if things are fucked up enough for something like this to exist and succeed, even if only for a short while, then things are fucked up enough for a lawsuit like that to win.

i guess randizzle was right after all, :cripwalk:get money, bitches:cripwalk:
