sportsbook.com will give you a free pager with a deposit of over $1500, and you also get a 10% bonus as well as all transfer fees picked up. The pagers work for life no matter how long that you are a customer

I'm curious..Sports Page claims a line service called Sharp Lines...but can't find a pricing on it or any info..but according to STing and CTN Magazine, it's "supposed" to be a leg up on Don Best so they claim.

Anyone know of this?

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

I dont know that I would say they are a leg up on Don Best, but are probably on equal footing. DB's days of having a monopoly are over, and so is any hope of a future of doing business in Vegas. They had a chance to get a dessimination license and basically laughed at the idea. Now there is at least one company negotiating the idea of having an exclusive NGC endorsement in the state of Nevada. If that goes through, you'll be seeing a major shift in the way the lines comparison business is ran.

I am interested in obtaining a sports pager.
Not sure if there is any other information about this other than what is in this topic already. I live in the Bay Area, but do travel frequently. I goes coverage would not be a big issue for me. I am more concerned with getting updates throughout the game (so that I can follow the action when away from home).

I am a little confused about the monthly fees. If I get one, will it be free of fees? Seems like some do require some kind of subscription service. Others, on E-bay, say "no fees ever"

I see that sportsbook.com does have a "free" one. Their website indicates an initial deposit of $2000 required (no longer $1500). I am not sure if I should just go to E-bay and get one or try to get one like this for free.

Thanks.
