I know of ezsportsbook.com that accepts US and non-US customers and they have the same disclaimer on their website about now being non-sportingbet operated.

I talked chatted with someone at hollywood online and...

1. hollywood is part of the new jazette group
2. sportingbet, sportsbook, playersonly, wallstreet are also all part of the jazette group
