Pancho,

In all fairness, how long ago was that? If I am not mistaken, and I could be, we had a different linesmen and different software back then. We cater to all sorts over here (bonus whores excluded)

Ask around, see what you find out, then come on back and give us another shot. I do not remember you, or your situation. I just know that a lot has changed in the past couple of years. I am sure, given a second chance, I could change your mind. I look forward to that opportunity. Either way, I wish you the best of luck, sir.

Suggestion to ALL that may THINK they have a concern with SPORTBET.

I cannot imagine a more accessible person than JAKE and I would strongly recommend you call him directly if you would like to discuss your concerns with him.

Chances are, as is being proven in this thread, Jake will go out of his way to make time for you.

Think that speaks volumes for Sportbet as a whole.

Thanks again Jake!

Pancho,

That is all I ask. BUT DOES IT HAVE TO BE JUST FOR BASES???? heheheh

Seriously, I look forward to hearing from you. I have always respected your posting persona, as it is pretty much you call em as you see em.

Fishhead,

Thank you, sir. We have tried, are trying, and will continue to try and provide the best service out there. In this day and age, with all the tough competition, we are being kept on our toes. But that makes it more exciting!!

Best of luck to all!

Jake:

Never played ther, but going over your bonus rules, you have a 50% bonus on e-check. what are the rules? also, you say account must remain active for 30 days? after the roll over is met, can winnings be collected if any is won?
thanks

General,

I can hold my own. Let's leave it at that. The problem is not finding the women...the problem is finding women who can KEEP UP with me!!! lol

Bigbet1234,

That 50% bonus is a one-time thing. It is to entice our players to use the new e-check system. We have seen a dramatic increase in the usage of e-checks and our client feedback has been terrific. It is quickly becoming a preferred method of deposit for the folks who play with us.

As far as the regulations for the bonus, it is a 30 day rule with a 5x rollover. The "active" part is in there specifically to deter the bonus whores. If you are not trying to grab the bonus and do the minimum required to keep it, this will not be a concern for you. Winnings can be collected immediately, regardless of rollover or the amount of days.

I hope that clears everything up. If not...well, let's just say, I am sure you guys will let me know

Bigbet1234,

30 days and 5x rollover on that bonus. It is a one time thing for our clients who have never used our e-checks before...just to get them used to it. It is quickly becoming our clients most preferred method of deposit. You can withdraw winnings without meeting the rollover or the 30 days, as long as you leave the bonus, fees, and deposit in the account.

I hope that helps, but you guys know how to reach me if you need anything else. Take care.

Oh..this woulda been longer, but it is the 3rd time I am posting this, as I lost the first 2 posts due to tech probs.

what do you consider 30 day active? i dont wager every day, maybe a few times a week

Bigbet,

Good question. I had answered that in the previous posts that did not get posted. Active is not something you need to worry about, unless you are a bonus hunter. If you are a bonus hunter, please do not come over here. "Active" is basically used to discourage the guy who gives me 4 or 5 plays over a month and then wants to take out all his money. Like I said, not to worry, unless you are a bonus hunter.

Jake,

What's the connection with Sportbet, Island, getabet and the rest of your books? Are they separate books managed by your company? Do they have the same owner(s)? or Do they have different owners with separate bankrolls?

P.S. Don't let his subtleness fool you, he's a pimp.....

Nice4putt,

Thank you for the interest. A quick answer to your question is they all have seperate owners, seperate bankrolls, and simply share a call center.

Patrick,

I have been trying to send you a hat and shirt, but I need a phone number for you. Let me know.

Justin,

YOU SLACKER!

Jake,

How successful are you guys at proccessing credit cards from US players.

Also if we use echeck, could you eft the winnings back to us. Or could we use echeck to send money, but withdraw money using neteller

Thanks

Marc,

Can't EFT back to you...I WISH! LOL. As far as processing ccs from US players....well, you got about a 60/40 shot, and that's the truth. Although there is no EFT available, we will be happy to send you a redemtion via WU, Neteller, PPATM, or Fedex you a check. If I am not mistaken, you are a client, so give me a call and we will take a look at your account. Oh...and if you are not a client, call me and let's make it happen.

Jake,

I expect to have some money in my bank account next week. Once I do, I'll give you a call to figure how best to send it to you. Unless of course my credit card works, whihc would make things a whole lot easier.
