Rog,
Not sure about your particular situation, but I do know that these rules were implemented sometime in the beginning of the year, in regards to the rollover and special bets.
In regards to the requirements, allow me to clear some things up, as I want everybody on the same page.
Regular bonuses (new and re-up) have a 5x rollover and 30 days hold on the deposit, bonus, and fees (if any). Winnings may be redeemed as desired.
Special bonuses 50% and higher, in general, require a rollover that must be met before requesting payouts as well as a limited time that there may not be any payouts.
In regards to our bonus of 50% for first time E-checks and first time Neteller users it is a 7x rollover and 30 day hold on the deposit and bonus (there are no fees). We ask that there are no payouts for one business week (this is due in large part to the E-checks and our desire to uniform the bonus policy). After the 7 business days has passed, winnings may be withdrawn as desired.
Remember, TO ALL BONUS WHORES/HUNTERS, I know this offer looks attractive but, trust me, you are not welcome here.
SS,
First, TRUST ME, I am working on the clerks. I cleaned house a while back and I am personally in charge of the training this year.
In regards to our best bet bonuses:
-NO MLs (in other words, no sides in bases)
-NO specialty bets (props, matchups, futures)
-1st 5 inning totals has a max of $500
-Max bet is $1,000
That should cover it. I hope I did not miss any questions. If I did, please be easy on me...lol
Jake
