homedawg - don't mean to butt in, but try cfl.ca -- the league site. Then go to scores, liveplay, and the number of the game. Not the most intuitive, but once you figure out the site, it's easy. Updates aren't as great as the NFL, but you can check in every few minutes to see how things are going.
