Mr. Rightside, I know some major players in this game that have a losing flat bet record per $2.00 on many days that they play but still end up on the profitable side at the end of the day because of the way that they wager, so what your harping on here does not mean that much to me, because it is money management that counts. I've even had losing days in the flat bet area on many days but still end up with profits, so it's not reallly the true story all the time. Just my $.02 worth.
True, but if you can win 60- 70% or so on those chalk plays then you will make money period. Let's see what he can do as he has a way of figureing it out for those type of plays that he has tracked. Hell, if anybody can win at a 60%-70% clip and be consistant at that number I don't care what type of play it is I'll play it all day long.
first of all, there is no guarantee that hitting 60% of your bets if you're only betting favorites will yield a flat bet profit. but think about it for a second, even assuming, aruguendo, that it was possible for US to hit at that ridiculous rate (i'd bet everything i have that it is not, by the way), you are risking a ton of money for at best a marginal return- even if there are no odds on favorites in the series (which US plays with regularity), you are barely scraping by at 60%. foolish.
