If you took 8 million less but don't want to take 15 million less so you aren't compromising isn't a coherent argument.

Fair enough but I wouldn't have responded if BTD didn't respond. I communicate with him pretty often on here and have for years, figured he would read the thread and be like "oh yeah they did owe him the $" Wasn't trying to respond to you specifically or anything, a few people in the thread had that notion. As a HEAT fan, i'm happy about this. Yes they overpaid for Wade but Riley is loyal to the players that are loyal to him (Haslem, Wade, etc). Wade didnt have to opt out of his 2 yr 41 million dollar deal. The HEAT have signed all of their free agents (expect Bosh) to 2 yr deals so they will have a ton of money for the 2016 free agent class and a huge spike in the salary cap.
It also shows that its a 1st class organization by bringing back all of their free agents that they wanted (except for 1). We all accept the fact that the HEAT wont be in the Finals for a 5th straight year this season but they have a decent team
