I think Lebron is gonna personally sit himself - the money is not an issue for him - he is a drama queen - his entire career has always been about his legacy and what critics say of him - he ain't Jordan - he knows it - it's just another chance of him losing in the finals - sitting makes him feel more significant - he's clearly the face of the league - especially without Curry and the Warriors or Durant so it will be interesting to see if the other teams sit too - quite frankly it is too much money to lose for too many players

Not sure how much his career is fading, i mean he is 35 so at some point you will be correct, but he will finish 2nd in MVP and is the main focus on a top title contending team.
He was fortunate for his god given abilities, but he also put in the time and hard work to be one of the best of all time at his craft. One could show some appreciation for the things he has accomplished in life.

A lot of those NBA players, especially LeBron, are manipulated by their handlers and don't forget China's influence on the league. NBA is the best example of the "inmates running the asylum." The NFL knows how to handle their employees and, even though they have to show some movement, the line between players and ownership won't be blurred.
