Look at even Sterling Brown of the Bucks. The guy parks illegally in an empty Walgreens at 2am. The officer instead of giving him a ticket or simply a warning instead chooses to interrogate him for 30 min while calling in 10 more officers. Then they end up tazing him because he put his hands in his pockets during a winter night. It's like they look for a reason or try to put you in a situation that gives them a reason.
And no, i don't think this would likely happen to a white person. I mean if someone has something close to this happening to them over parking then i stand corrected.
