I'm thinking about the Over.
Usually when things get heated (and/or teams are warned about pitching inside) the game usually gets opened up a bit.
Add in that Dempster will probably be on a pitch count in his first start back, and I'm kind of liking the Over.

I watched the interview on the South Bend channel. Soriano was waving to his father, who was sitting between home plate and the Houston dugout.

i just watched it, (of course i am a huge cubs fan) but didnt really think it was that bad...not any worse than Manny does after every home run, or many others the way they sling that bat 90 mph to the side, etc...

Yeah, he took awhile to get running which is a little rude, but this wasnt your average HR either....this was a GRAND SLAM in the 13th inning to beat a division rival and remain in 1st place....plus he has struggled immensely this year before the break, and is now fulfilling his abilities finally for the Cubbies...he is on a tear since the break....he might hit 30 HR's in the 2nd half the way he gets hot....

If I was the manager for Houston-- I'd tell my team that Soriano was looking/pointing at me.~~:<<

The drop-off from Lance Berkman to Chris Coste, his replacement at first, is substantial enough to push Ryan Dempster from a fairly risky play to a must-start. Without Berkman and his .397 OBP and .510 SLG lifetime numbers against Dempster, the 'Stros' lineup is even more anemic. Before he went down with a broken toe, Dempster was boasting a 3.59 ERA in his past 12 starts, and now that the toe is healed, expect him to pick up right where he left off. …
