the b.s. that frank was told about this being a "book shakedown" has already been proven to be bullshit, so there really is no story to break.

the main problem imo is ewinner is refusing to accept mediation from the rx.

the question, is WHY they are refusing?

money problems??? i mean, if they cant pay due to money problems, no sense in going through mediations right?

if ewinners story of this situation was solid, and they had the money to pay, they wouldnt refuse mediation.

Do you know the particulars of this story? The reason I ask is maybe you can fill in some of the gaps. When did The Shrink first know of money problems, if indeed there are, with eWinner? Was studbolt's post The Shrink's first warning bell?

You asked why would eWinner refuse mediation. I take it you mean having the RX mediate. Maybe eWinner finds The Shrink's hasty action with them strange or even suspicious considering they were a paid advertiser, after all The Shrink's activities with Billy is well known and eWinner may believe studbolt is a money mover.

you seem aweful quick to jump to ewinners defense. there is NO GOOD REASON TO REFUSE MEDIATION. PERIOD!

So you know no more or less than what I do! I'm not jumping to anyone's defense but you seem to be condemning eWinner as thieves in another post of yours while knowing nothing more relevant than I do. I have to leave for work, I doubt we will know the truth when I get back home.

Actually there is very good reason,why should any company allow to a third party take decisions for their own bussiness?
