This country over reacts to DUI's. It's a crime that 99.9% of people have committed at least once and it can ruin your life. It will have no effect on her though.

A person going through a drug withdrawl is more dangerous on the road than someone being drunk especially since legally just a few drinks and you are twice the legal limit

They could arrest 50% of the population on a typical Friday or Saturday if they truly gave a shit. I very rarely drink and drive but I know people who literally are driving around bombed every weekend with busted headlights at 3am and haven't had issues. Seems to be a good luck bad luck situation.

Of course......I never understood why every car sold doesn't have a blow & go machine in every car. Then I thought a lot of people would be out of work & there wouldn't be many DUI's
