That does not sound like "it's a done deal and you'll just have to live with it". to me. TT could easily have contacted Marty and expressed his feelings and we could have done a three way phone conversation about the matter. He choose not to.

I never said you will just have to live with it to TT at anytime during the almost 4 years we worked to gether.

I don't think doberman is banned, wouldn't there be a period or something under his username if he was? Instead it says gone, which seems to me to communicate he took off on his own will, he's gone.
