I sincerely don't think Pujols juiced, I knew A-Rod did before all this came out. Pujols has ALWAYS put up consistant great numbers. Also, ESPN did a story two years back about how him and ichiro have an extremely fine cerbal cortex, much bettter than even MLB stars. It's quite possible he's one of the few exceptions. However, it wouldn't shock me one bit. Either way - the other 103 individuals who tested positive will be leaked this week, bank on it. At least the major stars.

I don't think Pujols juiced because I'm a Cardinals fan and I don't want to believe it. Looking at it objectively, I don't know. Nothing would surprise me anymore, but he has always been the best hitter in baseball since he took the field in 2001. And he hasn't had one year of steroid-like homerun production.

This has happened a few times with no inductees. The most recent being in 2013.

This whole thing is stupid. I played college baseball in those days. Several members of my college team juiced. I know some guys that played minor leagues and a couple that played pro ball. Every single one of them has told me that basically everyone juiced. They guess that around 70-80% of guys back then were on roids. The guys i know personally were getting the shit from Mexico. Just let the best players from the era in since there is no way to know who was doing it and who wasn't.

This hurts baseball in every way. This will kill the sport and bring it down to NHL status if we keep talking about every 12 months.

Do you think the NBA has overtaken it?

Huh?
NBA has been more popular than baseball for quite a while

I know but still can't grasp that the NBA is such a boringly long season and unappealing to me at least. Half the league makes the playoffs and some of the teams not even worthy of it. And their post season is another three months, yawn.

In addition I don't like how the NBA players can buddy up and make their own teams. They have too much power. What's the sense of having a GM?
