in the begining arnold is shown communicating with everyone through the posting forum. the americans are shown starving with beat up clothes and crying and all this stuff just praying that theshrink can help them get their money from these terrible bookmaker guys.
theshrink (played by arnold) gets into a helicopter being dropped off all by himself to take care of business at shot on location exoctic 3rd world countrys such as costa rica, pan am and any other place that is small and underdeveloped.
our hero gets into a bit of trouble when ladys try to sidetrack him, aligators attack him and the natives and henchmen attempt to kill him.
theshrink (played by arnold) wearing a sleveless shirt that is half buttoned is armed only with a machette, a huge fire arm and some chewing gum.
the exciting climax of the movie comes when theshrink (played by arnold) storms into the dangereous headqaurters of pan am. our hero has a showdown with the sinister team of scotty and marty and demands that he pay up the suffering americans or "vu will be dealt wiv, the people at the arr-x are not going vu deal vid dis!"
