O.J.'s jailers release photos of cell, inmate attire
O.J. Simpson's jailers say the infamous celebrity has been cooperative during his stay at the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas.
Simpson was ordered held without bail after local police arrested him Sunday on charges that he committed armed robbery during a confrontation with memorabilia dealers at the Palace Station casino. So far, three men have been arrested in connection with the incident.
According to a press release from the police department, the former football star is being held in isolation and spends about 20 hours a day inside a standard 98-square-foot cell.
A judicial official said yesterday that Simpson will appear before a judge tomorrow morning.
Since he arrived at the facility, the jail says he has met with three private attorneys and two public defenders.
A minister stopped by to deliver reading glasses and copies of the
Bible and
A Purpose Driven Life, according to the release.
