Delays in processing election returns erodes confidence in the integrity of the process. This is how third world countries handle elections. Of course there is one thing in common which are the local governments that can't get it right are all Democrats. Shit, when Florida fucked everything up in 2000 and in 2016 it was Broward and Palm Beach Counties, all run by Democrats.
My county, Allegheny, said they aren't counting votes today...they need to attend to "administrative tasks". (heavily Democratic with perhaps the most Leftist activist mayor in the nation in state who has a tranny for Health Commissioner and an Attorney General that never actually practiced law)

Depending on jurisdiction (ie, North Carolina allowing 10 days to fully receive all overseas & military ballots) there is between five to 27 days legally allotted to finalize vote counts. That is why the electors do not convene in DC until second week of December

So Clark County Registrar just had a press conference. The delay is due to incapacity to handle the volume of mail in votes. Clark County doesn't typically handle a high count of mail in ballots. There was a lot said but a few things to take away.
1. - They are not concerned with speed but accuracy.
2. - They have about 63000 ballots still to count.
3. - They still have till Tue, Nov 12th to accept and count mail in ballots that are post marked Nov 3rd.

Nevada can't get unemployment checks out, schools are worst in the country and 2-3 pedestrians get run over weekly. Why would we think they are any more competent in this office. No conspiracies here...just plain old simple idiots lauded by the chief idiot governor.
