Indeed many media types are copping to inadequacies in covering Cosby in the past. New York Post columnist Richard Johnson says a tabloid ran a story about Cosby’s daughter that was given to them by Cosby himself, instead of a running a story about Cosby’s alleged infidelities.
Johnson said the story comes from a tabloid journalist he's known for years, who was working for the National Enquirer in 1989, when Cosby was at the height of his fame. Johnson said his fried was working on a story to run in the Enquirer about Cosby “swinging with Sammy Davis Jr. and some showgirls in Las Vegas.”
When the paper contacted Cosby for comment on the story, the reporter says the comedian offered them another one as a trade. That story was about Cosby's 23-year-old daughter daughter Erinn's battles with drugs and alcohol.
“My editor told me that daddy Cosby was the source," the source told Johnson. "He ratted out his flesh and blood.”
Cosby himself was also quoted in the Enquirer’s item about his daughter, saying: “Deep down inside, she knows we love her.”

Heres my take on this after reading about this.
Most men cannot say they have never made a pass at a woman, even when they have a girl friend or even a wife.
How many men can say, while with their girlfriend or wife they never had an affair, or would have but was just scared that they would have gotten caught.
The TRUE numbers are astonishing if they are truly known.
Most of you that have a girlfriend or wife have had affairs that YOU dont even know about, most of you if you only knew that loving woman you call a wife or girlfriends past would leave them no matter how hot they are.
I have a friend who plays in a band, hes not the best looking fella, but this guy has these women of all levels of class and beauty behind him.
I had a girlfriend who while sitting and watching tv, there was a rich guy on, and she joking said, I would do him, and looked at me and laughed, and said, baby you know im just joking. I did not care at the time, because, 1. he was not in the same country we were, and hes on TV many miles away, so, he was not a "threat"
Now, quite a few a these women who have "come out" are pass porn stars, wanna be actress, whether they eventually made it or not, and some other types of hollywood types newbies , wannabes at the time.
2. If you follow, non were grabbed from the streets and raped, they were at his house, or apt etc. and "woke up" the next day this and that....
common sense will tell you something about this, most women will fuk who ever just to get to where they wanna be as a star,
If you watched the show with this guy flava flave, (the black guy with a big clock around his neck) you saw alot of "hotties" on the show and vying for his love, kissing him and spending the night etc etc, look these women are not as innocent as they are proclaiming.
they were groupies of sorts.
