My plan is to pretty much eat what I want with a little common sense mixed in, of course. For me the key is to exercise on a regular basis. We had a weird weather pattern here the last four days. Cold and rainy, so no bike riding for me.
So anyway, my official starting weight is 235. I think my home scale is about three pounds low, but it's digital and I don't know how to "zero" it. Anyway, it doesn't matter as long as I use the same scale to measure my progress. For me the actual number is meaningless. I'll weigh in again next Sunday.
