I would expect a more coherent first post from someone going to obtain their masters.
Go to vegas, pimp out your ass for a month. Coupled with some quicky daytime BJs along the way and you should have enough to get your MS degree.
And what job does a Sports Management degree get you anyway?
A Sports Management degree guarantees you absolutely nothing. If you don't have a good job currently, and you think dropping 40k for this certificate means the end to your troubles, you're badly mistaken.
Schools will barely look at you (the good schools/programs) unless you have current experience. For example, in the program I finished, I was alongside several people in their late 20's who had already put in 3-4 years at Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour.
Lastly, the market in sports right now is in the shitter. Plain and simple. It's not about what you have to offer (education) it's about who's ass you kissed best and what experience (previous work) you can offer.

Amen brother! Couldn't have said it any better than that. The sports field whether if you want to be a coach, agent, scout, front office, is all politics. It's all about who you know, whose ass you kiss, and not your talent. Trust me! I tried for four years to break into the biz and I have an impressive resume in my opinion and no dice. That's why I am now a full-time professional gambler and I just coach high school football for fun. A masters means nothing in the sports business world. It's a waste of time and money.
