I don’t want to generalize, but a lot of old people here where they themselves are the oldest person they know. So I don’t know if this place is a great representation of this. But yes I knew somebody personally. Didn’t die. But took a beating.

Friend of mine knows somebody that I don’t know. But nobody that has passed from it that I know of

around the beginning of March I came down asthma like symptoms. It started with a dry cough on a Sunday and by Tuesday I had fluid in my lungs. I could hear myself wheeze and gurgle whenever I breathed. Went to the doctors. Tested negative for the flu. They gave me antibiotics, an inhaler, and steroids to open up my lungs. No fever, no headaches.. Just a runny nose. It ended after 2 weeks. It was weird as shit. I've never had asthma in my life. I'm 47, in moderate health.

weird, I know 2 people who were in California in late December and both were sick as shit for 3 weeks afterwards

I know 5 people. They went through a bad flu. I know 2 people who have died from it. One was a relative that was 6 months into a 12 month expectancy due to cancer. The other was a 95 year old that died.
