He engineered this 'peace treaty' with the Taliban and the GOP pulled his remarks and statements of the withdrawal from the RNC site as he is in spin mode. As late as this spring Trump stated he wanted all the troops out which I agreed with. Wasteful war of 20 years, much too long and costing lives and trillions of American tax dollars. Setting up a new nation and an army was never going to happen the citizens have to be able to the will to fight. Our troops were the army and security.
